                                          Big Sky’s 3-Phase Coaching System:

Phase I:  Your Initial 30 Days

·      Meet Your Trainer:

                  Not a workout, just talking for @ 15 minutes

                  Discuss what kind of help you want from your Trainer

                  Your Trainer begins to develop your workout program.

·      Then you’ll meet with your Trainer for your first 45-minute session:

             General nutrition principles

                   Proper cardio mechanics and target heart rate

·      For your second 45-minute session:

                  Review from your first session

                  Start your workout program

·      Last step in Phase I (third 45-minute session):

                  Review all exercises done and add a few more

                  Education on the 3 components of altering body composition

                  Finalize your plan for achieving your short and long-term goals.

 

Phase II:

  • You’re starting to achieve your short-term goals.
  • Re-evaluation with a Trainer or Master Trainer:

                 Continued education on the 3 components and "Fitness Time Management"                      

                 Check form, technique, and stability.

  • Continued workout program reviews and updates every 8 weeks.

 

Phase III:  

  • You’re reaching your long-term goals and setting new goals.
  • Staying fit as a lifestyle.
  • Continued workout program reviews and updates every 8 weeks.

 

Adult memberships start at $37.95 a month.

 

Student memberships start at $22.95 a month.
