Multiple Cardio Areas:
We spread it out all over the club so you can choose where you want to workout. You can look out a window. . . or . . .workout with everybody upstairs. . . or . . .with everybody downstairs. . . or . . .
you can just watch your own, PERSONAL FLAT SCREEN TV !
(do you have headphones to bring with you?)
Multiple Strength Areas:
Again, you can use any of the DIFFERENT training areas throughout the club:
novice-to-intermediate (upstairs)
intermediate-to-advanced (downstairs), or
core & functional training areas (both).
Functional Training:
Uses exercises like you might have seen on TV’s “The Biggest Loser".
You can use kettlebells, ropes, medicine balls, TRX Suspension Systems, etc.
This is VERY good for building your CORE STRENGTH & BURNING BODYFAT. Just tell your Big Sky Trainer if you want to make this part of your workouts.
Group/Spinning Classes:
The instructors and the classes are awesome, and working out is A LOT more fun (and EASIER to stick with!) when you do it with other people!
